1. General rule
At Camp Iris we stand behind the quality of every candle, wax melt, and fire starter we ship to you.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll happily accept a return of the unopened item within 30 days of delivery.
Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different variant, you’ll have to place a new order.
2. Which items can be returned?

An item must be in the same condition it left the warehouse (unopened, no use, no damage, and with all original packaging).
3. How to return

| 3. Prepare the package | Place the item (plus any original accessories) back in its original box. Put the packing slip or return label (if we provide one) in the box. |
| 4. Ship the return | Use a track‑and‑trace carrier and keep the receipt. Customer pays the return shipping cost unless the product is defective (see §5). |
| 5. Send the package | Drop it off at a USPS Post Office, UPS Store, or FedEx location (as indicated in the return email). |
4. Acceptance & inspection
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll:
- Inspect the item for condition and proof of defect.
- Verify that it matches the original order and was returned unopened.
- Approve the refund within 3–5 business days (after inspection).
If the return does not meet the criteria (opened, damaged, missing parts, or past the 30‑day window), we will retain the item and may contact you for further discussion. No refund will be issued in that case.
5. Refunds
- Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Amount: Full purchase price (purchase price only, no shipping, no handling).
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
- Return shipping fees: As noted earlier, you cover the cost unless the item is defective, in which case we reimburse the return shipping.
6. Damaged or defective items
- If the item arrives damaged or shows a clear defect, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
- Provide photos of the damage in your email or, preferably, upload them to our returns portal (if you have an account).
- We’ll send you a prepaid label to ship the item back at no cost to you.
